What is circular retail/circular economy?
From product sourcing and vendors, to store design and customer communications, retailers can struggle even to know where to get started or how to take the next steps in becoming more sustainable (or a circular retailer). The circular economy is a model of production and consumption that involves keeping materials within the economy by sharing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling, and it turns out the model provides a great roadmap to help retailers chart their circular course. And as a bonus, becoming circular in retail isn't as hard or costly as one would think.
