Let's Talk Savage Roundtable
Description
The City of Savage wants to hear from YOU!
The City of Savage invites you to participate in a business roundtable where you can help shape the future of Savage. Join us on November 18 to discuss your thoughts on how the ARPA funds that the City of Savage expects to receive.
The Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law in March 2021 to provide significant resources to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its economic impacts. The City of Savage is expected to receive $3.4 M in one-time direct federal aid. These funds do come with restrictions and designated purposes. See our FAQs on this page for more details.

Help us prioritize how to use these funds.
Our City Council is committed to distributing these funds to meet the needs of the community and rebuild our local economy. They have identified four priority areas where this funding could be most effective and provide the most equitable community outcomes. Let us know where you think we should spend this money to have the greatest impact on our community.
How do you want the City of Savage to look and feel in the future?
The City of Savage has contracted with the Musicant Group to evaluate placemaking options in Savage. Placemaking, when done correctly, serves to better connect people to the places where they live, work, and play. It can range from redesigning a public space, introducing public art, or making people aware of the history around them. To do this correctly, we need your input. How do you use public space in Savage? Where do you gather? How would you like the City to look in the future?
