Date and Time
Wednesday Oct 2, 2024
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM CDT
Are you losing new employees in their first year of employment? Learn how to get them to stay:
Today's employment economy has changed. There are more job openings than there is talent to fill those positions. Applicants have choices and many times new hires choose not to work for you. This is costly, disruptive, and in many ways, forces you to focus all your attention on filling the same position multiple times in the same year.
In this session you will uncover what employers are doing around the country to keep a stable workforce - from approaches to recruiting and processes to retaining to insights that lead to a work environment that make employees want to stay. Join us to find out what works!
